Great habits often build with great ways to keep the kitchen clean.
The
Kitchen is not only the place we go for food and prepare meals, it is
also a place we take ourselves to everyday for inspiration when you are having ideas for meals etc.
It is really a place where we would center our eating habits and train us to be a skillful chef in meal preparation.
It
is really A PLACE TO WORK! Only this work is part of the necessity of
our life where everyone really needs to take on at least some role in working in it.

KITCHEN is the place to train your super habits
Does
it sound familiar: after dinner or whatever meals your family are
having, someone (usually that one person), would be busy cleaning
the table, wiping the dirty food off the plate and plop those dishes
in the sink and beginning to wash them. Shortly after (or however
long it took) , the table, the kitchen and the countertops are clean as
if by magic (elf and the shoemaker) or some some SUPER MOM, SUPER DAD, SUPER PARENT, or Perhaps SUPER FAMILY!
