Tilapia meal, tasty, quick and easy
Cooking fish is not as hard as one might imagine.
Actually it is quite easy, however the method of cooking may differ in the degree of difficulty and not to mention time.
Boil first, then flavor next
When it comes to tilapia, naturally less fish smells among others, you may just boil it and add your flavor once it is done boiling.
Let’s start
First, defrost and descale your tilapia then turn on the heat (medium high) to start boiling a pot of water.
Once the water starts to boil, put in the tilapia (should submerge in water at least half way) and cover the lid and boil for about 10 -15 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.
Then open the lid and turn over the fish on the other side then boil for another 10 mins or so to fish.
Please make sure to check the internal temperature with a food thermometer for the recommended temperature for safe eating.
To make it simple, we would just add little soy sauce, sesame oil and perhaps finely sliced ginger to make our sauce to put on top of the cooked tilapia.
Viola, Enjoy your tilapia dish!
