Starts boiling (high: quarter passed the medium heat) one big pan of water (filled with 2/3) while wait, take out celery, tomatoes(3 hot house size), half of a cabbage and a onion. Take a medium deep pot, fill with 2/3 of water, cover with the lid and start to boil (mid range between low to medium).
The prep
Next make long dices on the cabbage then wash in a vegetable washing basin. Wash the celery, tomatoes and cut to dice (medium for tomato and very small for celery) then peel the onion and dice the same size as the celery.
Take out about 5 chicken drum sticks and pop it in the deep pot with water (now should be simmering), covering the lid and turn to medium low heat.
The cooking process, chef walk through
At this time, the boiling water in the pan is ready, put in a bag full of spaghetti (one pound), initially stir it to loosen and cover with a lid, half way; caution for glass lid, to avoid glass breakage or explosion during cooking, DO NOT contact the glass part with any hot surface (metal to metal only while using the metal frame holding the glass when covering partially or using an unfitted lid). If in doubt, metal lid would be preferred.
While that is going, put in the prepared celery, tomatoes, and 1/3 of the chopped onion on another pan and add about a half of cup of water to steam with the lid closed then turn on medium heat. Take about 5 mins on the veggies and turn off the heat then open the lid to vent.
Next check the spaghetti, cook al dente, if you prefer then turn off the heat and drain the water or fish out the spaghetti which ever way you felt comfortable. Next wait for the chicken drum sticks to cook (over 170 F) then fork those sticks out and strip the meat with the fork and a small steak knife, careful not burn your fingers (do not hold the drumsticks with your hand, HOT). Now put the stripped chicken drumstick meat with the spaghetti, add in the steamed veggies, put in about half can of spaghetti sauce(16 oz), put in some black pepper or other spices to your liking; toss, mix and stir fry the pan to finish the dish.
Don’t forget the soup; for the chicken broth now is simmering, turn the heat, a little higher to a gentle boil, put in the rest of the onion (2/3 left), stir and make sure it continue to boil. Dropping the eggs; while the onion is boiling crack open 3 eggs in a bowl, beat them first then slowly pour over the boiling the broth. Eggs will float up like how it would be with Chinese Egg Drop Soup; continue to stir until you have finished pouring the egg. Turn the heat off, now you are ready to serve those dishes.
