The nature of snacks are temping and easily accessible, especially when you are hungry now!
We can turn the nature of snacking around by providing some ways to put together a clever grocery list.

Snacks are like elements of a periodic table in Chemistry; where one could mix all sorts of goodies to make something cool or something unexpected, bloated and making a mess.
Grocery for snacks
Next time you go grocery, try some combination with some complementary ingredients, perhaps with some veggies: celery, spinach, spring mix and some rotisserie chicken, ham, … and of course, OATMEAL, before you go and grab some cheese, crackers, chips, muffins, Biscoff cookies and etc.
The key is not to eat just the latter group, you know: chips and cookies…, ALONE by themselves, instead you mix and match them with the other group you may left to rot.
Snack mix
Would it be delicious, if you could imagine: a piece of {cheese, celery, spinach, chicken, or/and ham} between two crackers; Oatmeal with crumbled {chocolate chip cookies, blueberry muffins, Biscoff cookies} for toppings.
The possibilities are endless, only limited to your craving for those wholesome ingredients and the crunchy snacks. Oh, we forgot one; Spinach dips for chips!
Now, snacking doesn’t have to be so bad after all, as long as things are in BALANCE!
