Almost every time we speak of diet, the picture of healthy vegetables (carrot, broccoli, spinach among others) would pop into our minds. Although diet could be with any kind of meat group or low carb, but still those diets consist of different groups of veggie and meats. So no matter what diet plan you have, veggie would almost always be tagging along.

While we always strive to have a balanced diet to fuel all our body needs, especially those heart muscles to keep us pumping. Vegetables compliments other food groups whether having them as a side or baking them with the meat (stuff turkey with veggie).
