Looking for alternative on chips
Maybe for reasons the chips are never around when you needed them (your family; kids would eat them before you remembered, you have bought them), stay trim and fit without the extra fat, avoid genetically modified food (no budget/trust for the organic version), or etc.
Celery for chips?
Most likely the answer might be; you only have celery left on your fridge. Celery? Why not, it is great source of fiber, antioxidant (phenolic) and it is CRUNCHY and JUICY at the same time!
Chips, why not sticks!

Celery chips/sticks for dip
First, find or buy a bag of good organic celery hearts or by the stalk (more fibers, if you like). Then wash and shave off small pieces on both ends of a celery rib; make sure you can still pull off some tough celery strings without completely cutting the ends. Next, split each rib and cut it to size to sticks for the dip. Finally, put some salsa on a bowl along with the celery chips/sticks on a plate and have at it!
