Thanks for their past down wisdom and experiences, we have arrived to our stable modern day vegetable diet selections : cabbage, spinach, broccoli, lettuce, and even dandelions. But even at that, each of us are still individually different, although the benefits from those nutrition are generally helpful. What may work for some may not be as good for others; example: food allergies.

Whatmenu Quick Bites Challenge
In fighting with acid reflux, quick and easy bits; eating more often is a must to beat the GERD. Please note, if you are allergic to any of those following ingredients, please DO NOT use this recipe.

Bread: great basic ingredient for this recipe.
Toppings : a banana, an avocado, strawberries, yogurt and peanut butter
The making:
Simply take out a bread; frozen and untoasted and put on top, the toppings; slices of (mix and match, doesn’t have to use all the toppings listed) an avocado, a banana and strawberries then put in some peanut butter if you like (for those of you, not allergic to peanut butter).
With a single bread holding all the toppings while it is still quite frozen, holding it like a slice of a pizza; making sure toppings don’t fall off then start CHEWING the bread and the toppings, all together; take a bit at a time and make sure to pulverize the food in your mouth by chewing it really good: turn it to liquid if you have the time.
Then swallow it slowly and enjoy each delicious bit; one after another as the same manner as above.
