What is Heartburn, Acid Reflux and GERD?
Do you ever felt the burning sensation around your throat shortly after you had eaten you meal? If you did, you are not along, millions of us each year suffering from heartburn. So choosing the right kind of diet is essential to relieve the heartburn as well as maintaining a life style to fight acid reflux from GERD.

Foods that cause inflammation are some of the processed foods, processed oils from vegetable, fat from red meat groups, grains, and etc.

We know changing our lifestyles and diets to fight heartburn and GERD are not easy. One that must carefully planned out on meal intakes and types of food to eat and the right amount each time, therefore by eating more often. All these efforts are to relieve the stress we put on the LES (Lower Esophageal Sphincter), stomach and muscles that related to our digestive systems, so we can enjoy our lives without heartburn or at least lessen the effect of it.
