As with all things, it starts from the ground up, meal planning is no exception to that rule
Meal lineup, easy peasy
Having an idea for a meal, whether it is for a quick meal like breakfast, lunch then to the grand finale of the day, dinner. Notice the nature of the meal progression throughout the day; from easy (breakfast) to hardest (dinner).
Simple as it gets
Take a simple meal, breakfast cereal; find the cereal and pull them in a bowl of milk.
For lunch; find a couple bread and get a turkey or ham, put some mayo and sandwich them between the breads for a turkey and ham sandwich.
Finally, dinner would be putting a chicken on a pan, preparing it with seasoning and putting it in the oven until it comes out perfect for rotisserie chicken (if you didn’t buy it from Costco).
See, all you have to do is to build little by little with ongoing habits that would eventually build up to the next.
