Food Journal: a keystone habit.
As habits goes, hard to build and hard to break. Building a good habit is much the same as building a good house for living. Of course, a well build house is also hard to tear down. With this in mind, habit/house is really important to consider when it comes to making it into reality. And that is not all about habits, some habits; like housing structures, are the foundations or basis that all other habits would build and flourish. For example, keeping a food journal along with exercise have the greatest impact on forming other habits by leaps and bounds. It makes sense, our metabolism is base on them! When one eats right and exercise, burns oxygen and create food for the cells then in turn those cells perform at their best on whatever a person chooses to do and create: habits.
