Why not make use of the fish broth
Have you ever wondered what to make of the broth once you are done boiling the tilapia?
Well, if you have some potato, it would make a great soup.
Here is how
Ingredients: garlic salt, black pepper and white pepper, sesame oil, oregano cooking wine, onion
First, peel off the potato skin, wash and chop up potatoes in dice then put them into the soup and start simmering (turning on low medium heat) for about 15 mins or so (when the potato starts to soften and turn mushy).
Then dice some onions.
When the soup is still simmering; a few minutes to ready, add the onion shake in some black pepper white pepper sesame oil, garlic salt, oregano, and finally the cooking wine (Just a tablespoon, if you will).
Stir to finish.
Enjoy your soup!
