Have some brussels sprout at hand, just in case
There may be a way to get your family to eat brussels. Why not try this recipe (cooking the brussels this way may give you the perfect texture, based on your preference by adjusting the cooking time)!
Ingredients:
brussels sprout
garlic
butter
spice: garlic salt, sesame oil, black and white pepper
Let’s start
Take out your brussel sprout, split them in halves and wash them.
Heat up the pot with medium low heat and spread about 1 tsp of butter on the pot.
Then flip those brussels sprout flat sides (cut half) down the pot and fill about 1/8 of water in a pot and turn the heat to low then cover the lid and let it simmer.
Watch the pot as not overcook the brussels sprout (by burning it when the water evaporates, it may take few minutes)
Once the brussel sprout is slightly caramelized on the bottom, open the lid and start to shake some black pepper, white pepper, garlic salt then stir to finish, enjoy this one with your family!
