Having fresh homemade chicken broth is an essential to have in any kitchen; quick instant dish, just add on some noodles or rice

Easy steps :

1. Take out and thaw a whole chicken in the fridge.

2. When the chicken is completely thawed out, take the chicken out of its plastic. package and rinse to clean the chicken under cold running water.

3. After you have cleaned the chicken, drop it in a large enough pod and fill the water to the level that completely submerges the chicken (if needed, a bigger pod may be required to prevent overflow when the water is boiling).

4. Turn the heat on medium low to slowly to start cooking the chicken in the pod.  The low heat setting is to allow for the slow boiling of the water to keep the chicken broth clear and flavorful.

5. Prepare and dice some onions and when the chicken is fully cooked (measure with thermometer to reach over 180 degree) from the slow boiling, put those onions in with the chicken to simmer in the broth and turn the heat off.

6. After a few minutes the onion should be done and there you have it! Fresh homemade chicken broth!
