Quick meal Ham fried rice

Have some leftover ham and rice from the holiday meal?  

Making a quick stir fried rice from ham is very quick and delicious.

Ingredients: Ham, Carrot, Green Pepper.

Spice: Sea Salt, Organic Ketchup, olive oil.      

Here are the steps:  

1. Take out your leftover steam white rice or start cooking your steam rice   

2. Peel some carrots and dice them.

3. Dice some ham from the leftover.

4. Wash and dice some green peppers.

5. Get a large and wide stir fried pan and put the diced carrot in and fill with about 1/5 pod of water to boil with medium high heat.  

6. Once the carrot has been boiled for about 5 to 10 mins depending on your preference on the texture, then add some the dice ham in and continue to steam boil with the remaining water for about another 10 mins turning the heat to medium low.

7.Next, drain the remaining water out of the carrot and ham.

8.And add the green pepper, rice, some sprinkle of salt (base on your preference, but not too salty), some ketchup, and olive oil then start to flip and stir fry, mixing the ingredient (keeping the heat at medium low) to finish your Ham Stir Fried Rice.
