Have some chicken at hand, pre-cook or perhaps leftover from yesterday?
Why not Zucchini it with your next dish.
Zucchini is such a great vegetable to cook, especially with chicken.
It gives the perfect texture, based on your preference by adjusting the cooking time.
Ingredients:
zucchini
chicken
spice: garlic salt, sesame oil, black and white pepper
Let’s start
Fill about 1/5 of water in a pot and start the heat at medium high.
Take out your pre-cook chicken (if raw you can just boil the chicken for this dish), hand pull and shred it the right size.
And when the water boils, drop the chickens into the pot and cover the lid.
Then take out your zucchini, wash them and slice them.
When the chicken is heated, open the lid and put in the zucchini and cover the lid again.
Let it simmer a bid, perhaps about 5 mins for firm and harder texture and longer for softer texture.
After it simmers, open the lid and add your favorite spice, our is: garlic salt, black and white pepper , and sesame oil.
Stir to finish.
