Ingredients:
seaweed
eggs
black pepper
white pepper
coconut oil
sesame oil
garlic salt
paprika
Let’s start
First fill a pot of water ( 8/10 full) and start to boil (heat medium high)
Take out and wash 1 or 2 (comes in patties) of the dry purple seaweeds.
Once the pot of water starts to boil, put in the prewashed seaweeds and crack a couple eggs in a bowl and mix well.
Wait till the seaweeds soup starts to boil, then add in the mixed eggs slowly while stirring the soup to form nice stringy eggs for the texture.
Add in the spice: black/white pepper, coconut oil, sesame oil, garlic salt, and paprika, stir and mix to finish then turn off the heat.
