Ingredients:
asparagus
black/white pepper
coconut oil
sesame oil
garlic salt
oregano
garlic

Presoak some asparagus: cutting of the tough stem ends, for 15 mins or so.
Fill water (1/3 of pot) in a cooking pot then turn on the heat to start boiling.
Then wash the asparagus by tossing and shaking them in a large washing bowl to shake off the sands and dirt.
Once the water boils, put in the asparagus, covering the lid and boil for about 5 to 6 mins.
Open the lid and shake in those spices: black/white pepper, coconut oil, sesame oil, garlic salt, oregano, garlic, garlic salt, and stir and cook with coconut oil to finish.
