Stir fry carrot and frozen organic corn

Ingredients: 

carrot

bag of frozen corn

black/white pepper

coconut oil

sesame oil

garlic salt

paprika 

Let’s start

First fill water (1/5 of pot) in a pot then turn on the heat to start boiling. 
Next peel, wash and dice some carrots (2 to 3 carrots depending on the size) then pull out some frozen organic corn in a container and fill with water to defrost.   
   
When the pot of water starts to boil put in the carrots, defrosted organic corn and turn the heat to medium low then cover the lid to boil for about 5 to 6 mins.
Once boiled, drain excess water, open the lid to start spicing things up by adding black/white peppers, sesame oil, garlic salt and perhaps some paprika, then stir and cook with the coconut oil to finish.
