Quick dish on the go with some veggie, look no further: tofu are great to have around, it goes with lots of veggie like mushroom and zucchini!
The ingredients:
tofu
mushrooms
zucchini
garlic salt
white pepper
black pepper
sesame oil
bagel seasoning
ketchup
butter
Let’s start
First fill about 1/2 pot of water to boil in medium high heat.
Then take out a tofu, open it and wash it under a cold running water (may wash and use its plastic packaging container as a basin to catch the running water then push and squeeze the tofu to get the water in and out for the wash)
Next, drain out the water and dice the tofu while it is still in the packaging container: saving you of using a carving board for the tofu (while dicing within the container, it would give you the long rectangular. If you want to further dice it to the cubicle shape then use a carving board)
Once the water is boiling, put in those diced tofu, careful without plopping hot water onto your hands.
Cover the lid and let it simmer.
While simmering the tofu, wash and prepare your mushroom and zucchini: slice your mushroom and diced your zucchini, then place them with the tofu and cover to simmer for a couple minutes or so.
Finally, add in your butter and all your spices then stir to finish
