Tomato stir fry rice

Have some rice at hand, pre-cook or perhaps leftover from yesterday?

Why not stir up some fried rice with your next dish.
Tomatoes are such a great vegetable quick to cook for fry rice. 
Adding the celery, it gives the great texture (combine softness from tomato and the hard crunchy texture from celery. 
Ingredients:  
tomato
celery
onion
cooked rice  
garlic salt
soy sauce
sesame oil
butter

ketchup
black pepper

white pepper 
  
Let’s start
Put about 1 to 2 tsp of butter in a pot and start the heat at medium low (careful not to brown the butter). 
Wash and dice some tomato ( about 3) and celery (you might want to string them in case they come with tough stringy skin), and onions. 
Next put the diced celery and onion first into the pot with the butter and cover the lid with medium low heat for about 5 minutes.
Then open the lid and start to shake some black pepper, white pepper, garlic salt.
Add some tomato ketchup, a bit of soy sauce and sesame oil then stir fry to finish with all the ingredients.
