One of the best ways to flavor your dish is with fresh garlic cloves, simply follow the steps:

First break out some cloves from the garlic bulb.

Then take a large thick spoon and press down and smoosh the cloves.

Finally use the same spoon to scrape from the smooshed clove to further mince the garlic and you are ready to put in to cook with your dishes.
