Tired of eating spaghetti? You can turn it into a delicious dish of chicken and bean lo mein.
Ingredients : spaghetti, rotisserie chicken, carrot, string beans
Spice: black pepper, white pepper, sea salt, ketchup, soy sauce
Got few minutes for your meal, just take the following steps:
1. Start boiling the water which fills about less than 1/2 pod and more than 1/3 pod of water, and turn the heat to medium high.
2. When the water boils, put about 1 lb of spaghetti, stir to separate the noodles and cover the lid and continue to boil.
3.When the water is boiling with the spaghetti again, set the timer for about 9 mins and turn the heat low to simmer.
4.While on the timer, start to string some beans and wash it then put them in with the spaghetti and continue simmering.
5. Then peel couple carrots, wash it and julienne the carrots (slice and cut it into matchsticks size)
6. Put the carrots into the spaghetti and continue to simmer.
7. When the timer is up, slice some chicken breast meat from the rotisserie chicken and put it along with the rest with the spaghetti.
8. Put in the spice: black pepper, white pepper, sea salt, some ketchup and soy sauce then stir fry to finish.
